We bring to your attention this lovely vacation house located in a picturesque mountain area just a few km south of Svoge, close to the main road leading to Sofia.
The house is on two floors, wooden built. It is in overall good condition. It consists of the following premises:
- First floor - a living room and kitchen.
- Second floor - a tavern, a bedroom and a terrace.
The total living area of the house is 50 sq m. The yard is 1290 sq m in size. The toilet is external - in the yard, as well as the water source. The water is collected from a spring in the forest and running with pipes to the yard.
The access to the property is mostly through an asphalted road and the last 100 meters is on foot. The house needs some repair work. The yard needs cleaning.
