Commercial properties for sale in Bulgaria
Buying a shop in Bulgaria, especially in the big cities in Bulgaria like – Sofia, Burgas, Varna and Plovdiv, is quite expensive. However it is one of the best investments available on the Bulgarian real estate market. Usually the price of shop area is much higher than the price of other types of properties. Renting a shop in the big cities is easy and profitable, for example the shops for rent with good location in the capital Sofia on a central location some times cost more than 5000 – 10 000 euro monthly.
