The total living area of the house is 50 sq m. The yard is 1290 sq m in size. The toilet is external - in the yard, as well as the water source. The water is collected from a spring in the forest and running with pipes to the yard.

The access to the property is mostly through an asphalted road and the last 100 meters is on foot. The house needs some repair work. The yard needs cleaning.
