Small house in lovely area

This bungalow provides 70 sq m living area distributed between a corridor, two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The bathroom and the toilet are inside. An asphalt road leads to the property. Running water and electricity are available. The property goes with a garden of 700 sq m.

The whole property is in very good state. Just in front of the house there is a lovely trellis vine which shadows the front yard. In the garden there are some fruit trees.

The village is located in South-East Bulgaria and is included in Municipality Sredets (Bourgas District) 35 miles SW of Burgas city centre, 38 miles to Burgas airport and 43 miles to Sunny Beach resort. The village was founded about 150 years ago. It is beautifully situated along the two banks of the Fakiyska River and surrounded by beech forests.

Besides the scenic, location, the greatest asset of the village seems to be the nearby Monastery "Life-giving Source", which is the only preserved and acting monastery in Strandja. In the village the preserved examples of Strandzha architecture tell of the colour of a bygone age.

The itinerary swerves towards the cloister “Sv. Zhivotopriemniy iztochnik”, located 4 km away from the village. The cloister has rich history and from its foundations springs water, about whose life-giving power there are legends.
