Small house with a garden close to the Black sea! Don`t miss it!
We offer you a cute little house with a large yard. It is situated in a small and peaceful village only 47 km away from one of the biggest cities on the Black sea shore.
The house is almost ruined but with the help of our builders it will turn into a pretty and cozy house. Also the foundation of the house is strong and it allows you to build a stable building over it. You do not need any permissions for building the house up.
The house is supplied with water and electricity. It does not have an internal toilet but we have people who will install one for you.
The garden is quite large (1900 sq.m) and it gives you the opportunity to build additional buildings if you need to. There`s even a well in the garden.
There is an asphalt road that goes to the house and it is in a good condition. It`s a good deal if you are looking for peace and relaxation for you and your family.
