Air conditioning, heating, and thermal insulation
Heating can be central - with Italian aluminum radiators, or autonomous - with French-style fireplace that heats all the rooms or through an electrical caldron connected to the radiators and installed above the ceiling in the corridor.
Hot water can also be supplied by two sources - central heater or individual electric boilers.
In case of central heating, consumption will be calculated by calorimeters, and in case of individual - by electrometers.
Because of the climate in Bansko and the high altitude of the town, air-conditioning is not usually found to be necessary. However, space for additional installation of air-conditioners on demand has been ensured.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
The developer takes care of the common areas and all the facilities at Lucky Bansko Complex. The property maintenance fee of 10 EUR/m? per year will be collected for 1 year in advance. The fee is based on the total residential area and is fixed for a period of 3 years.
An agreement stipulating the terms for the property maintenance will be provided to each investor.

The maintenance agreement is a different type from the rental agreement.
The first one is about the maintenance of the apartment and its common areas, and you pay a fee of 10 EUR /m?, while the second type brings you a steady annual profit of 6% of the final price of your apartment.
