The house is situated in Central Bulgaria, region of Stara Zagora, at the foot of the mountain Stara Planina. The settlement is small and quiet, but is center of the municipality. It has two schools, hospitals, branches of banks, 2-3 restaurants, discos and caffes. The mountain, north of it is very beautiful and was famous place for hiking, picnics and hunting. Hunters come here from all over the world. There are plenty of rivers and springs in the area. There are 2 lakes in the region as well. The city of Stara Zagora is only 23 km away and the beautiful Kazanlak is just 11 km far. The total living area of the house is 166 sq m distributed between 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with toilets, a living room, 2 entrees and a small storage room. The house has been completely renovated with: new roofs, new plumbing and electrics, new windows and new wooden internal doors and new rendering. The floors on the second floor are wooden and on the first floor they are ready for either tiles or laminate. The house is located on an asphalt road and it is easy accessible all year around.
