The house is located in the picturesque village just 800 meters from its center (Vratsa district). The village is very well developed. There are grocery stores nearby and other amenities.
The house has two floors + attic, with a total living area of 160 sq m. The yard is about 1050 square meters in size. Separately from the house in the yard there is a summer kitchen, a garage, two basements, one of which is adapted for a workshop and other buildings.
The house is supplied with three-phase electricity. The layout inside goes as follows:
- First floor - large kitchen, dining room, one bedroom and a bathroom with toilet.
- Second floor - three bedrooms, an entrance hall and a terrace accessible.
The second floor is reached via an internal staircase. There is a staircase to the attic, which is also solid.
