Mountain house for sale close to Samokov

We offer you this lovely mountain property, located just a few km north of Samokov.

The house was built around 1960, and its built area is 72 sq.m. The construction is brick with wooden beams and some elements made of reinforced concrete. It consists of two floors - ground floor and first floor.
