The property we offer is located in the amazing Tryavna area. The town is situated in the skirts of the Balkan mountain at 600 m above sea level. It lies 8 km away from the town of Tryavna, beneath the northern slopes of the Tryavna part of the Balkan mountain. Here, the mountain is relatively low and easily accessible, while the land is rich in coal and basalt. Plachkovtsi's population is 2,146 people.The house has a total living area of around 80 sq m distributed in 4 rooms. The yard that goes with the house is 960 sq m large. The property hasn`t been lived in for a while and will need some refreshments in order to be livable again. There are additional buildings in the yard too. Apart from numerous mountain water springs in the area, there is also a mineral water spring close to the nearby village of Enchevtsi that is recommended for treatment of stomach diseases. In 1948, Plachkovtsi was declared a tourist resort. Several chalets and holiday homes were then built in the area. In 1969, Plachkovtsi was granted the status of town.
