The house is located in a cozy mountain village, 10 km from Gabrovo and 5 km from the central Balkan - a quiet and peaceful place in the mountains above Gabrovo.

The access to the village is via an asphalt road, maintained throughout the whole year. The last 50-60 meters to the village are via a dirt road.

The house was built about 100 years ago. Its total living area is 140 sq m. It has two floors with the following distribution:

First floor – a basement suitable for a tavern and two rooms. Wooden staircase leads to the second floor.

Second floor – two transitional rooms, a separate room and another separate room with unfinished flooring.

The yard is partially flat, with the most part being terraced, with a slope at the southeast. The property is supplied with mountain spring water. The house requires full renovation.
