The house is located in the center of a beautiful village, just 3 kilometers from the town of Pleven. It was built in the eighties, made of bricks. It comprises of three residential floors and an attic floor, each separated by concrete 15 cm slabs.
Distribution:
The house consists of a ground floor intended for a large tavern, kitchen and utility room. The two floors above each consists of 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchenette and bathroom and one large and one small terrace. The attic floor is high enough and can be used for living.
