Japanese Company Invests In A Plant In Targovishte

The Japanese consortium Yazaki Bulgaria will invest in the construction of a factory for automobile equipment Renault in Targovishte, announced on a press conference the mayor of the city Krassimir Mirev. The production installation will be located in the industrial zone of the city next to the ex-factory for ship equipment.

The enterprise will be constructed on a private terrain, as 650 workers are expected to be hired. The enterprise will mainly produce electronics for Renault. This is one of the intelligent investments, where there is no danger of environmental pollution, Mirev said. Representatives of the Japanese company have met with the management of the city council in order to inform them that by New Year's Day the company will work with full capacity.

According to the mayor the enterprise solves the problem of competition on the work market and unemployment. He considers that the majority of women occupied in the tailor's business will find more stable work places with better payment.
