The hotel is fully furnished, functional and has all the documentation (Act 16).
The complex is located in a resort village, 3 km west of Sunny Beach, on the southern slope of the Eastern Stara Planina Mountain and 40 km from Burgas. The area offers attractive combination of sea and mountain, surrounded by green oak forests. It benefits with breathtaking views of the sea and the old town of Nessebar.
During the construction have been used only high quality materials. The window joinery is entirely PVC. The property is connected to the central water supply and sewerage system.
The hotel comprises of eight double rooms (possibility for extra beds) and three suites. The total capacity is 35 beds. Rooms have sea or mountain views, situated on two floors. All rooms are furnished. They offer bathroom with bath / shower cabin, cable TV, wireless internet access and individual air conditioning. The apartments are also equipped and consist of a separate bedroom, living room with equipped kitchenette and a fridge. On the attic floor, there are three rooms, bathroom and a laundry / drying room with a separate bathroom. All bedrooms and suites have laminate floors, terracotta corridors.
The restaurant is built in the old traditional style - wood and stone. It has a fireplace, inside and outside seats, outside swimming pool. It offers authentic atmosphere and an impressive interior with a collection of hunting trophies. The kitchen equipment complies with all the requirements. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large storage room.
