The distance from Burgas airport is 35 km. The famous Sunny Beach is 7 minutes by bus or on foot along the shore about 25-30 minutes. The ancient town of Nessebar is 20 min by bus. Near the hotel there is a stop for the free bus to the water park Nessebar and Sunny Beach.
The hotel is located in Saint Vlas – a well known spa resort that combines mountain and sea air. Here is the largest in Bulgaria marina, on either side of which there are two wide sandy beaches, with plenty of cafes and playgrounds.
The hotel has five floors. On the ground floor - a bar with 20 seats (41m2), kitchen, boiler room, powered by solar panels. On the 1st floor - reception, 3 double rooms. On the 2nd floor - 1 bedroom apartment, 1 single room and 1 double room. On the 3rd floor - 1 triple room and 3 double rooms. On the 4th floor - 4 double rooms. Attic floor - technical rooms, maid's room and a large (18m2) outdoor terrace. The double rooms vary from 18 to 22m2, in some rooms there is a possibility of an extra bed.
All rooms have balconies, air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower cubicle or bath tub. There is hot water from the solar panels. The hotel was built in 2005. The total living area is 844m2.
The hotel is located at the beginning of the main shopping street of St. Vlas. 50m from the hotel there is a supermarket. Near the hotel there is a small municipal swimming pool and children's playground. The hotel has straight access down to the pier.
