The Complex

The complex is situated in immediate proximity to Saint Vlas on the road from Sunny Beach to St. Vlas. The complex is situated also in close proximity to the Balneological Sanatorium, lying tucked in the soft embrace of the fresh mountain air and offers a splendid view to the sea from 3 directions - east, south and west. The green south side of the mountain is visible from the north. The compound offers year-round service and luxurious conditions of habitation.

The complex has two blocks with a variety of one-bedroom apartments, studios and a separate hotel block. The apartments are featuring luxury-finished living room, kitchenette and in some cases a self-contained dining area as well as spacious bathroom and WC units. Apartments for sale are facing up all geographic directions and offer a range of views. Each apartment features a balcony. The complex has an underground parking and service rooms.

Bars and Restaurants

The main restaurant of the compound is capable of having up to 100 guests seated comfortably at any time and is conveniently linked to both individual apartments and the main approach. The restaurant hall is airy, spacious and offers stunning panoramic views. Sales and Property Management

The apartments will be offered completed - key ready and furnished or with individual design. The owners will have the opportunity to offer their property for rent with excellent conditions and property management.

The management of the complex is ready to assist future owners in receiving a bank credit if it is required. Foreign citizens will be assisted in granting visa or permanent residency when needed. The documents will be issued by the authorities in accordance with Bulgarian law.
