Building a new house in Golyamo Krushevo, Bolyarovo municipality
The owner of this property wanted to replicate an existing house with area 100 sq.m. that they saw in another place. We took the plans and replicate the house 1:1. We first took precise measurements of the existing house that they liked and then draw the plans.
The construction was carried out according to the plans. We used strip foundations with hydro insulation to get out of the ground. The concrete slab is made with steal reinforced concrete with 15 sm. thickness. The walls are brick built. Once we carried the masonry we constructed the steal reinforced columns and steal reinforced belt on top. The roof is with wooden structure, hydro-insulation and ceramic tiles. We have built a septic tank with volume 20 m3 for the sewage water.
The house has 3 bedrooms and living room. The big windows make the living room very sunny and nice. We installed a local heating system with radiators and a fireplace with back-boiler heater on wood.
A kitchen was fitted with all electrical appliances. The house is fully finished and ready to be furnished. It is located at the end of the village and has some very relaxing and pleasant nature view.
