139 days or 4 months are needed for the receiving of all permits for the construction of a warehouse in Bulgaria.This has been determined by experts from the World Bank, who are preparing a yearly report analyzing the business climate in 181 countries.The long time for receiving different permits and the serious bureaucracy on the municipal level are among the major obstructions for business in Bulgaria, BNR (Bulgarian National Radio) announced.The World Bank recognizes that communication with the administration must be facilitated in Bulgaria through the use of Internet.More law changes are needed, which are to facilitate the start of a business enterprise, so that entrepreneurs do not block resources as bank guarantees.Bulgaria takes the 45th place among all 181 countries in the study.We are ahead of Romania, which is 47th, after that come countries like Slovenia, Poland and Italy.
