What will be sought in 2017

According to experts, the interest in purchases in 2017 will continue to be relatively high in almost all major cities of Bulgaria, where economic development involves good results of enterprises, investments in the area, low unemployment and good income for citizens. The choice of the customers wishing to acquire residential property is different and depends on their budgets. The interest there will be for purchases in gated communities with high level of security and comfort for occupants and for objects in newly build projects and under construction projects but also for prefabricated housing in the good areas of large cities. Investors will seek two types of new projects – good quality ones, with good location and cheap ones with possibility for inclusion in the market of buyers that are either indecisive or speculative.
