Like a roller coaster the residential market shot up and fell downhill.
The logic of the theme park is like the business cycle so no wonder if the market is gathering momentum - the longer it is the higher it will fly.
Will that be for good?
If there is something good in this economic development stage - these are the cautious voices warning it might not happy.
The boom helped build a lot of buildings and better housing but limited the construction to the big cities only and to the better off customers.
