The real estate market in Europe is gradually recovering from the crisis, the most rapid development is in housing than office and industrial properties.
Housing market shows the most rapid recovery compared with that of office space and industrial properties. The segment of office space in Europe is also showing clear signs of improvement. Increasingly markets are recovering, registering increase of investments and lower levels of unemployment. Regarding the recovery of each individual market, however there are significant differences. The situation in industrial areas in Europe shows some still struggling with limited market demand.
