The prices of properties have decreased with 0.8% during the third trimester of 2011 compared with the second trimester, indicate the date from the national statistics institute. On a yearly base the depreciation is 6.1%.
Comparing the prices during the second and the third trimesters of 2011 we are indicating that the properties in 20 districts of Bulgaria have decreased. The biggest decrease of the property prices is for apartments in Smolyan - 4.7%. On second and third place are the cities of Yambol and Pleven accordingly with decrease of 4.2% and 3.7%.
For the period July - September the most expensive properties are in Varna - 1493 levs per sq.m. On second place with price of 1456 lv per sq.m. is Sofia followed by Bourgas with price 1184 levs per sq.m.
