The properties in Bulgaria will rise in price

Over the years we talked about that the main factor for the appreciation or depreciation of housing is the ratio between supply and demand.

When clients are more, and properties are less, it is logically a square meter floor space to increase.

Much less attention is spent on another no less important factor, the price of construction products. Logically, when they rise, they reflect in the final price of the product.

This explained the arch. Petko Kostadinov, president of the Chamber of architects in Plovdiv, during a forum organized by the National Association "Real estate" within 69-th edition of the Technical fair.

After Bulgaria became member of European Union and adopted the European legislation, construction has become more expensive by 30%.

Another factor that influenced heavily on the price of housing is energy efficiency.

In the center of Sofia luxury homes are sold successfully and on a price of 2,500 EUR/sq.m., as they are of excellent quality.
