The new software against real estate frauds starts today

Today the Trade Register introduces new system for SMS-notification that will alert citizens about real estate fraud, BNT said.

People, whose property was sold without their knowledge, will receive a text message on their mobile phones with information about the transaction.

The software will inform managers of companies when changes are recorded in the company, when a management and ownership of the company are changed.

The message will be receive when confirming the application for the change. So the legal owner or manager will have three days to stop the procedure.

The service is paid. Subscription costs 6 leva. It includes 500 SMS for two years. Instructions for using the service are uploaded to the Trade Register website.
