Significant growth of the properties priced over one million euro in Sofia

With the advent of the summer, which is the busiest season for the real estate market, it is time to look again towards the most expensive and cheapest properties in the capital.

The situation has improved significantly over the last year in the segment of the the most expensive apartments in Sofia.

The offers for apartments priced over 1 million are around 15 at the moment. A year ago they were barely 1/3 of this number. Among the increased number of the offers for such kind of apartments, we can conclude that their price has decreased, comparing to the prices a year ago.

At the moment the most expensive apartment`s price is 1,330,000 euro. It is a large property in This in the downtown of Sofia. Its total living area is 285 square meters, or 4,678 euros per square meter.
