Rise in price of farmland

It is done analysts forecast for appreciation of the land in 2011. And while January prices were between 150-250 euros per hectare, now have jumped by 50-100 euros.

In the middle of the year fertile arable land, mainly in Pavlikensko and Svishtov already reached to 300 euros per hectare. However, the amount is relative for more than 20 acres, says consulting firms. For smaller sites the price is low, but for the abandoned farmland figure is between 50 to 100 euro per ha.

The cheapest land remain in the Balkan Mountains. There are bought land mainly for construction of houses for rest and relaxation.
