Property prices in Bulgaria remained the same during summer 2006, according to real estate agencies.
Property demand also maintained the same level, Darik Radio reported.
The active period for selling would be over by the beginning of November, Darik said. Price changes were hardly expected till the end of 2006.
It was too early to predict whether the prices would increase or decrease in the beginning of 2007, Darik said.
Bulgaria's eventual EU entry in January 2007 as well as the huge supply of newly build property could influence prices, Darik said.
