The first sod for a new shopping mall in Bourgas will be turned next week. The strand in Bourgas is a project with investment value of 40 million euro.
This was announced from the company for investment management and development of projects ZBS, which is one of the main investors in the trade center.
The project will be with a gross retail area of 30 000 sq.m. and total built up area of 60 000 sq.m.
There will be about 100 merchants and more than 750 parking places.

The construction of the mall, which will be situated on the exit to the Trakya highway, is planned to end in the summer of 2012.
The company announced that to this moment there is signed contracts and reservations for more than 44% of the retail areas.
The building company which was chosen for the construction of the mall is EuroBuilding Engineering Ltd.
The finance is provided trough a combination of equity, mezzanine financing and bank credit from Corporate trade Bank.
The equity and the mezzanine financing will be provided from the British and private investors, was specified by the company.
The project for the mall was announced back in 2009. It was defined as the first open air shopping mall in Bulgaria.
