More than 75 million leva invests the international trade chain "Gallery" in a new trade center in Bourgas. It is expected to open doors in the end of 2011.
The project for the new shopping center, which is part of the whole investment program of GTC in Bulgaria, was presented by representatives of the business, the administration and the medias the sea park in Bourgas.
More than 600 new working places were opened in Bourgas in relation with the construction of "Gallery Bourgas", which started at the end of last year. After the complex start working it will provide work for additional 800 people from Bourgas.
The investment made by GTC is a sign of trust from our side to the municipality and the region as a whole, comments the manager of the company for Bulgaria - Shalome More.
In GTC we see the crisis as an opportunity and think that now is the time to build such complex in Bourgas, which will be a winning conception for all.
The complex is being built between the Yanko Komitov boulevard and the Odrin street - the future trade zone of Bourgas.
On a total area of 82 000 square metrs separated among 3 floors the mall will offer optimal trade mixture of more than 130 shops, entertaining part with 9 cinemas, restaurants, fitness and SPA center, fast food restaurants and a parking with 250 parking places.
The Slovenian chain Merkator will take place in the mall with their hypermarket using more than 5000 square meters area.
