Subsidies are from the operational program "Development of the Human Resources"
Construction of housing for poor and minority groups will be financed under Operational Programme "Human Resources",announced the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency.
The total amount of the approved grant for the first two head projects is 10,277,269 Levas.It will be available for the Municipalities of Vidin and Dupnitsa. It is expected that such contracts will be signed until the autumn with the Mayors of Devnya and Burgas Municipalities.
With this approved funding 50 existing homes in 9 storey blocks will be reconstructed in Vidin and 30 new homes in four semi-detached buildings.All of them will be granted to 280 needy people.
The project "Home for Everybody" in Dupnitsa relies on 150 new homes in 15 single-family and multifamily residential buildings, which will accommodate 460 people.
Accommodated under this scheme, must take concrete commitments to keep the housing, said the Minister of European Funds Tomislav Donchev,when signing the contract. People will pay minimum rents which will be defined from the Municipalities.
