Many Bulgarians abroad actively looking for properties in our country

The interest on the part of Bulgarians who live abroad to the acquisition of properties in Bulgaria is much bigger than of our compatriots.

For example there is a much larger interest of Bulgarians, who live in London, than this one of compatriots from Silistra and Vidin.

There is a large Bulgarian community in neighboring Greece. Our countrymen from Athens are much more active in the search of a property in Bulgaria, than residents of Montana, Yambol, Lovech.

The demand for property in Bulgaria by the residents in Madrid, where there are also many Bulgarians, is much greater than on the part of inhabitants of Targovishte, Kazanlak and Gorna Oryahovitsa.

There is interest in the acquisition of properties in Bulgaria and of our communities in Vienna, Munich, Rome, Paris, Berlin, Toronto, New York, Chicago. Among the more exotic countries, of which Bulgarians are seeking properties in Bulgaria are Abu Dhabi, Marrakesh, Palma de Mallorca.

The data shows that many Bulgarians who work abroad, assess that real estate in Bulgaria, is a good place in which to invest their money. There are also many cases in which Bulgarians are buying properties in Bulgaria with the help of consumer loans from banks by the country in which they are located , in the interest of the loan by 2%.
