The registry agency reported that in 2013 were completed 224 644 real estate transactions in Bulgaria.
That's 3 percent more compared with a year earlier.
Most deals - 20 415 were implemented in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria.
This represents approximately 9% of the total of the purchase and sale of real estate in 2013.
Secondly remains Varna with 13 362 deals, and third – Plovdiv with 11 073 deals.
The surprise is the fourth place – Pleven with 7099 transactions. For the first time the city has outpaced Bourgas.
The top 10 cities with the most dynamic property market are Stara Zagora, Pazardzhik, Ruse, Sliven and Veliko Tarnovo.
