Data shows that the growth in flats which were started in the capital for the first nine months of 2016 compared to the previous year is 26%. Unlike the started new projects, the growth in the closed deals in Sofia for the first nine months of 2016 to the same period in 2015 has slowed from 21% to 7%, i. e. there is more building than buying.
