Buying a home with half salary

Most of the buying and selling become much faster than before - for a period between one and three months. The main reason for this is the awareness of purchasers and the shortage of high-quality offering.
Another trend, marked the last year that reduced the people who rely solely on their own means in the purchase of the property. In 2013 they were about 70%, which is about 15 percent less than previous years. Rents also are stabilizing and even go slightly up.

Currently, the yield from rental of apartment is 5%, which is close to the percentage more than a deposit in the Bank. The push for higher rents, especially in metropolitan neighborhoods "Nadejda," "Ovcha Kupel", "Drujba" and "Mladost" are the refugees.
