Bansko Bells ski and golf residence in the Bulgarian mountain resort of Bansko is going to be turned into the first certified eco-friendly development in the area, the company announced in a media statement.
“We are extremely pleased with the outcome of the green engineering analysis,” said Vasil Alexandrov, president of A&V Building, the land development company.
“In addition to all the energy saving features already incorporated into the building design we will be able to offer our customers better ways to dramatically reduce their heating bills during the winter season and to enjoy low-cost air conditioning during the summer months. With two signature golf courses at only 10 minutes shuttle bus ride we see the Bansko Bells developing as a year-round vacation destination.”
The Bansko Bells is an apartment development comprising 114 studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments located near the old town of Bansko. The four buildings are facing the Glazne River to the East and the ski slopes to the South. Property agent NTC International has advised and promoted the Bansko Bells development as an ecologically responsible project.
Commenting on the building boom Bansko has seen over the last 3 years Alexandrov said: “We are perfectly aware of the fact that holiday makers and investors have many properties to choose from. Our project will stand out of the crowd by becoming the first certified “green” complex in Bansko.”
