Spacious house in the town of Topolovgrad

We suggest you a spacious two storey house that could turn into a Bed and Breakfast or become your second home abroad. The property is situated in the town of Topolovgrad that is a part of Haskovo Province and situated at the northern foot of the Sakar Mountain, close to the Turkish border. The town is a small one but well organized. There are shops, cafes, restaurants, post office, schools and kindergartens. The nearest town of Elhovo is just 27 km north-east and the border check point of Lesovo is some 40 km far from Topolovgrad.

The town lies in peaceful and unspoiled region good for fishing and hunting. The Mountain of Sakar provides excellent opportunities for hiking and mountain bike. Rafting is also popular in the river Tundzha that flows not far from the town.

The house we suggest you is two storey with total living area of 180 sq m. The two floors are connected with inner staircase. There are six rooms – three rooms on each floor. The house looks perfect outside; however it is currently not inhabited and needs slight repairs. The rooms have wooden flooring that needs only scraping. The walls need to be refreshed and inner staircase needs tiling. The existing toilet is outside next to the house but inner one could be built.

The property goes with 300 sq m garden and it’s only 200 m away from the ideal center of the town.
