Remote Old House

We offer to you a remote old rural house that needs renovation to turn into a cosy holiday cottage. The house is situated in a picturesque village at the very foot of the Pirin Mountain close to the historical town of Melnik. The well known spa resort of Sandanski is not far and the Greek border is just a few kilometers south. It is an excellent fishing and hunting area favourable for tourism and balneotherapy as well. Rural tourism is quite popular in the district and it makes the property even more attractive.
The house is built in typical Bulgarian style with solid stone slates and trimmer joists. The total living area is 60 sq.m divided into two floors. On each floor there are two rooms connected with a corridor. Water and electricity are available in the property and the toilet is outside.
