This is a one storey rural house is situated some 30 km from the city of Burgas.
The area is well developed and the International Airport is very close to the village. Some kilometers south are the Burgas Mineral baths famous for its healing water. The well-known see resorts of Sunny beach, Pomorie, Nessebar and others are also near.
