One storey house in big village

We offer you a one storey house situated in a big well organized village a few kilometers far from the town of Aitos. The village lies at the foot of the East Stara Planina Mountain about 30 km far from the sea and the International Airport of Burgas. The area is well known as one of the best places for fishing and hunting. There is a small river passing through the settlement but many larger rivers and lakes nearby.

Having in mind it is less than 20 minutes driving to the sea the village looks quite attractive for summer vacations but for permanent living as well.

The house is easy accessible. There are three rooms connected with a corridor. Despite being currently inhabited the house needs some refreshment and betterments. Inner bathroom and toilet need to be built since existing ones are outside. The garden is not very large /500 sq m/ but enough for growing plants or build additional structures.
