This is an old rural house situated in a pretty small village sheltered in the north hills of the Stara Planina Mountain. The house is two storey with 120 sq m living area. There are three rooms upstairs and three more premises on the basement. As you could see at the pictures attached the building has solid stone foundations but needs full renovation. outside there are external bathroom and toilet and the garden is 1500 sq m.
The property has been abandoned but offers nice view towards the mountain hills and peaceful atmosphere you are looking for.
The region is one of the most preferable places for hunting rabbits, deers and wild pigs. Fishing is also popular.
