- 5 % - deposit (non-refundable)
- 25 % - at signing the Preliminary Contract within 20-28 days after the deposit has been paid
- 20 % - when the complex reaches first floor
- 20 % - when the complex reaches roof level
- 10 % - when the window joinery is being installed
- 10 % - when the complex is completed
- 10 % - on receiving of Act 16 (permission to use), when the ownership of the property will be transferred to the buyer
With 5 % discount
- 5 % - deposit (non-refundable)
- 90 % - at signing the Preliminary Contract within 20-28 days after the deposit has been paid
- 5 % - on receiving of Act 16 (permission to use), at which point the ownership of the property will be transferred to the buyer
PRICES, SIZES, AVAILABILITY
Prices are final, inclusive of VAT, with the full value declared in the Title deeds. On top of this price you will also need to pay the Notary fees, stamp duty and local tax (approx. 3- 3.5% of the purchase price).
Every owner of property in Bulgaria pays an annual real estate tax and local communal tax the amount of which depends on the size of the property.
