This is a three storey cottage situated in a picturesque mountain village in the marvellous Rhodopi Mountain near the famous ski resort of Pamporovo. The surrounding area is wonderful – woody hills, rivers, natural and historical sights. There are excellent conditions for skiing in the winter and during your summer vacation you could go fishing or just walking in the nature. Balneotherapy is also available in the spa resort of Devin not far from the village.
The cottage we offer to you is situated on a hill at the foot of the peak of Snezhanka. It is newly built but unfinished. You have the chance to make it according to your preferences and taste. There are three storeys and the last one is attic. The first floor consists of a tavern and cellar. The second and the third floor comprise four rooms, bathroom and toilet (on each floor). Running water and electricity are available. The yard is 400 sq.m.
If you want to make a profitable investment and bring your money back you could turn the building into a small hotel. Rural tourism has become really advantageous and winning enterprise and your chances for success are very good if you have in mind that it is an extremely attractive region for tourism. So don’t hesitate to accept our suggestion. The area is more than wonderful!
