Land for sale near Burgas

Our next attractive offer is about a big plot of regulated land at the end of a picturesque village in the countryside of Burgas. The village is just 45 km from the second biggest city on the Bulgarian seaside - Burgas and less than an hour driving to its international airport.

The property comprises 3000 sq m plot together with two old houses in it. The buildings are not livable but their foundations could be used for building new larger houses. The land is easy accessible and offers very nice view toward the field. There is asphalt road right next to the property. Electricity and water are also available.

There is no sewage in the village so a septic tank should be built.

Despite being in the rural area of Burgas the property is very attractive because of its location, quiet neighbourhood and privacy.

The village is small with around 160 permanent residents - all Orthodox. There is a church also 3 small shops, bars and medical service. All other necessary amenities are available in the town of Sredetz which is just a few kilometers far from the village.

The village is situated in a plain area rich in rivers and lakes. One of the rivers passes by the village and it's good for fishing. Hunting is also popular in the village. There is also a hunting crowd.
