This is a big spacious house situated in a small peaceful village that is sheltered in the Stara Planina Mountain some kilometers away from the lovely town of Veliko Turnovo.
The settlement is very close to the main road connecting Sofia and Varna and passing through Turnovo. That makes the village quite preferable for investments. The river Yantra that flows less than 6 km away offers good opportunities for fishing. Hunting is also popular is the region.
This area is a well known tourist destination. It is full of sights and the nature is gorgeous. You should see this place and you’ll surely love it.
The property we suggest you does not need much repairs. The house is two storey with six rooms and an inner bathroom. There are three rooms on each floor and the two floors are connected with an inner staircase. Running water, electricity and telephone line are available. The toilet is outside but could be relocated.
