Cheap Rural House

We offer you an extremely cheap house, located very close to the river of Danube. This is the river that separates Bulgaria from Romania. It`s our natural border.
The village is not too big, but it`s surrounded by pretty nature and there is another famous river passing by it.
The village is only 20 km far from the Danube and 35km far from Pleven, which is a quite big city in the region. This offers you a lot of options for different activities. You can go boating or fishing and just have a great holiday with your family and friends.
The house has one floor with 3 rooms and a corridor. There is running water and electricity in the house. It needs some refreshments to be done inside but there is nothing that our builders can not fix.
The yard is quite big - 1000 sq. m and there are additional buildings built already, you only have to refresh them and use them for your purposes.
The area is good for fishing and hunting. You can go swimming in the Danube or do other fun stuff. Don`t waste anymore time and get in touch with us!
