The de luxe furnishing shall satisfy even the highest pretensions, and shall provide maximum comfortability: At designing the White Lagoon residence, not a single detail has been unconsidered. The qualified personnel shall use high-quality materials only, ensuring excellent execution of the construction works, and implementing modern power-saving methods. All apartments shall be provided with double-glazed windows, floor heating and air conditioning (hot/cold mode). They are going to be equipped with outstanding kitchen sets, and elegant bathrooms. Only Grohe bathroom fittings are to be used, as well as construction brand items. The floors shall be covered by natural materials such as terracotta tiles and wooden parquet. The standard execution shall include some extra-special facilities, such as satellite TV in all rooms, prepared soundsystem, and a security alarm system. The luxurious flats shall also be partly furnished with pieces of furniture made by designers exclusively for the WhiteLagoon residence.

Winding staircases in the penthouse-apartments shall lead to individual terraces on the roof; private Jacuzzi baths are included. The common part shall have a separate access to the sea, with a private beach-lounge, heated swimming pool, and a garden of an exquisite exotic design. The residential floors shall be accessed by a panoramic glass elevator. A security company shall ensure twenty-four-hours’ surveillance over the apartments-complex. Underground garage and an outdoors parking lot shall also be available.

  • 40 % upon signing the preliminary contract Or 10 % deposit /non-refundable/ and 30 days later 30 % upon signing the preliminary contract

  • Main Building Structure: Concrete skeleton; beam columns and slabs; earthquake resistant concrete reinforced walls
  • Non-Load Bearing Walls: All external and internal walls are constructed of high quality bricks, 250mm wide for external walls, 120mm wide bricks for internal walls or dry walls with insulation, double plasterboards with rock wool

3) UTILITIES & SERVICE PROVISION

  • Electrical & Electricity:

- An extractor fan point, microwave point, cooker point, ceiling lights, in the kitchen.

- 2 double sockets, 2 single sockets, 1 T.V. point, ceiling lights with dimmer-switch 1 A/C heater switch and a floor heating switch will be supplied in the living / dining area.

- 2 double sockets, 1 single socket, 1 T.V. point and an A/C heater switch will be supplied in the master bedroom.

- 2 single sockets and an A/C heater will be supplied in the bedrooms.

- 1 doorbell, door opener and interphone with camera at the entrance of every apartment will be supplied.

  • Telephone: one phone line for every apartment - 1 phone outlet will be located in the living-dining room and main bedroom according to location and architect’s choice.
  • Water Supply & Heating System: Centralized warm water system-central boiler for the bathrooms / flow heater for the kitchen
  • Television / Sound System: Standard TV outlets will be situated in the living room and bedrooms. Sound system in the living room, bedrooms and bathrooms preloaded.
  • Air Conditioning: Central air condition in the living room and bedrooms (separate adjustable)
  • Floor heating: Electrical floor heating in the bathrooms and living-dining room (unique and patented amorphous metal ribbon heating technology)
