Normal Payment Schedule

• Step 1 - Pay initial non refundable deposit.
• Step 2 - Within 1 month a preliminary contract is to be signed and 30% deposit made within seven days of signing.

• Step 4 - On delivery of Act 15 the third 30% payment is made.
• Step 5 - The final payment of 10% is made on delivery of Act 16 and signing of the notary deeds.
