Apartments and houses in Bansko

The apartment complex is situated in downtown Bansko, just 4-5 min walk from the famous taverns, entertainment and shopping area. The complex is developed on a plot of over 22000 sq m and consists of eight houses /300 apartments/designed in typical Bansko architecture – stone and wood on outer walls. Most apartments will have mountain view. House A is unique, while Houses B1 to B7 are identical and have lifts to all four floors. During the first stage 5 houses /101 apartments/ are constructed, during the second stage will be constructed 3 houses /63 apartments/.
The wide and spacious apartments vary from 28.3 to 83.5 sq.m., and from Studios to 2-bedroom apartments.
All apartments have thermal and noise insulation, local heating system.
The apartments are offered in two types of condition: finished but unfurnished, or finished and furnished. (Finished means with flooring and bathroom units but not appliances.) Bathrooms and WCs are fully equipped. Furnishing packages will be available.
The developer will in due time offer furniture packs (to be paid separately) for owners to choose different levels of convenience or luxury.
The maintenance of the complex will include:
• 24 hour security
• English speaking compound manager to address all needs of owners
• facilities maintenance and running - common areas and swimming pool heating/cleaning, gardening and general building upkeep
• reception, cleaning and check-out services for tourists under rental agreements with owners and tour operators

The maintenance of the common property, such as garden and security of the premises, is to be taken care of by a professional staff. According to client's wishes, the staff can make all the preparations needed before the client's arrival and be of disposal throughout the client's stay.

If the client wishes to get an additional income from his home while he is away, he can find useful the proposed agreement between Tour Operators and the developer (5-6% return on investments). There will be a property management and letting charge set at 30% of gross rental income.
