The house is located in secluded village in Tran municipality, Pernik region.
The total living area of the house is 150 sq m, distributed on two floors. The construction is brick, finished in 1997. The property is located 75 km from Sofia, and just a couple of km from the Serbian border.
The house has the following distribution of the rooms inside:
- Ground floor - basement, utility room, garage, summer kitchen.
- First floor - entrance hall, living room with access to a large terrace, a bathroom with toilet.
- Second floor - kitchen with dining room and one master bedroom with access to a terrace.
- Attic floor - two bedrooms.
