These are two, fully regulated plots of land for sale located just outside the most famous of the Bulgarian resorts - Sunny Beach.

The two plots of land are situated 1 km away from each other, and with location being very good: just 2 and 3 km away from Sunny beach and around 5 km from Nesebar.
